Walden’s Vision

Walden’s vision is ultimately to provide a unique, highly flexible, and reliable ecosystem of solutions to support healthcare product distribution. The goal is to be a one-stop-shop service from manufacturer to patient, covering all aspects and problematics of the healthcare supply chain.

“At Walden, we commit to helping healthcare and pharmaceutical manufacturers optimise their supply chain and get their products to the right place at the right time.”

Walden’s values

The company is committed to the values of integrity, quality and innovation in the service of healthcare. In addition, Walden centers everything we do internally around 5 core values: Quality, Customer Centricity, Integrity, Innovation and Joy at work. These are the values that have guided us over the past 70 years.

As part of our value system, Walden is committed to Corporate Social Responsibility.

Walden Cares

In 2021, we established our internal CSR programme called “Walden Cares”. Year 1 has a strong charity element as we strive to positively impact the lives of the communities in which we serve. Our overarching theme is “Children”. Our teammates have raised and continue to raise money to support locally selected charity partners.

Walden Diversity & Inclusion

Diversity. Inclusion. They are more than just words for us. We know the sum of both will contribute to our individual and combined success. We believe that for teammates to do their best work they must be their best self. We embrace our differences for there is strength in our scale and authenticity in our diversity.

UN Global Compact

The Walden Group is committed to the UN Global Compact Commitments that not only focus on our people, code of honour, and ethics, but also our promise to have a positive impact on the environment. We at Walden are committed to continuously challenging how we manage our operations and striving to be as sustainable as possible.
