Eurotranspharma is concerned about the respect of privacy and is committed to ensuring the highest level of protection for the personal data entrusted to it.

What is considered personal data?

By „personal data“ is meant all data that allows you to be identified directly or indirectly (by grouping together information) such as surnames, first names, pseudonym, date of birth, photograph, postal and e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, profession, educational background, diplomas, career path and professional experience, data relating to transactions on the site.

What are the purposes of collecting personal data?

Personal data is collected for the following purposes 

– Respond to various enquiries

– Ensure the registration and follow-up of the customer relationship

– Review applications submitted online

– Respond to interview requests

– Send newsletters

– To enable the monitoring of our services

– Administer and protect our business and this website (including troubleshooting, system maintenance, testing, support, reporting, etc.)

– To improve our online services and site navigation

We undertake to collect only the data that is strictly necessary for the purpose of the intended processing.

Who collects personal data?

In the context of the Services it offers you, company Eurotranspharma acts as a Data Controller, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, under the following corporate identity:

Eurotranspharma, SAS, with a capital of 650 000 Euros, having its registered office at street Jules Verne 37, 63100 Clermont Ferrand, France, registered at RCS Clermont-Ferrand under number 530 605 799.

Represented by Stéphane Baudry, in the capacity of Chairman.

How long is the data kept?

The data is kept for a period that does not exceed the time required for the purpose and in any case the legal period in force.

At the end of this period, as soon as the data collected is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, it is automatically destroyed.

A right of access, rectification, deletion and opposition may be exercised at any time as set out below.

What rights do you have regarding your data and how to exercise those rights?

In accordance with the law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 „informatique et libertés“ as well as the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, adopted on April 27, 2016 by the European Parliament, you have a right of access, rectification, deletion, portability and opposition to the processing of personal information concerning you. You also have the possibility of objecting to the processing for canvassing purposes, particularly commercial canvassing.

All requests must be accompanied by proof of identity.

In the event of an unsatisfactory response, the person concerned may refer the matter to the CNIL.

To whom is the data transmitted?

In order to carry out the processing operations listed above, we may need to transmit the data:

– To authorised personnel within our departments responsible for carrying out the services subscribed to.

– To our external service providers, in particular the transport subcontractors in charge of the execution contractually bound to the confidentiality of the communicated data 

– Within our Walden Group.

Where is the data stored?

The personal data that is collected are transmitted for the purposes defined above to companies located in European countries and/or outside the European Union, ensuring that an adequate level of protection is provided for the data. Prior to any transfer of personal data outside the European Union, and in accordance with the regulations in force, Eurotranspharma makes every effort to ensure that the procedures required to obtain the necessary guarantees and authorisations for the security of such transfers are obtained.

What security measures are taken to protect the data?

Guaranteeing the security and confidentiality of the personal data entrusted to us is one of our priorities.

We ensure that we take all technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the personal data communicated and the risks presented by their processing, in order to preserve the security of the data and, in particular, to prevent them from being distorted, destroyed, damaged or accessed by unauthorised third parties.
