Eurotranspharma Germany obtains GDP certification for its pharmaceutical logistics.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Frankfurt, 7 October 2024 –<\/strong> Eurotranspharma Deutschland, a major player in healthcare distribution, has been awarded the renowned GDP (Good Distribution Practice) certification. The award recognises adherence to the highest quality standards in the transport and handling of pharmaceuticals.<\/p>\n

DQS (Deutsche Gesellschaft zur Zertifizierung von Managementsystemen) audited Eurotranspharma Deutschland in line with the stringent criteria of the \u2018Guidelines on Good Distribution Practice of pharmaceutical products for human use\u2019 (2013\/C 343\/01). The scope covers the transport and handling of pharmaceutical products in the temperature ranges 15 to 25\u00b0C and 2 to 8\u00b0C.<\/p>\n

Eurotranspharma’s innovative fleet and facilities was particularly emphasised in the audit. The company consistently opts for bi-temperature vehicles, which enable deliveries in two separate temperature zones in a single vehicle.\u2018This solution is unique on the German market and is an important step towards greater sustainability and efficiency in pharmaceutical logistics,\u2019<\/em> explains Segelke.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The company’s management system, which was rolled out in a short space of time, also received special praise. It reflects the comprehensive pharma-specific expertise that Eurotranspharma has placed at the centre of its HR strategy from the start, says Andreas V\u00f6lkerding from DQS.<\/p>\n
